#Transfer saved game from xbox( PC APP ) to steam ?

Hi, I got this game free for xbox membership, and i have been really enjoying it, so i might eventually buy via steam when my membership on xbox goes out, is there a way to transfer a save file from one application to other?

(Again, the save file is on pc, im playing it on pc, just using it through xbox app)
