So I think when coral island launched the the town rank could only go to C Rank but can it go higher now

So you can earn points to go higher yes. You can get to A

Nothing unlocks between C and A aside from poop coffee beans at Raj's (sorry if that joke doesn't make sense. It was general chat yesterday)
