Okay so the letter says Mon, Tues, Thurs, but the Wiki says Tues, Thurs, Friday. Monday the catfish boat does not show up, so the letter is incorrect there.
But the Wiki also says accessible 20:00-0:00, and I cannot access it at 22:30, so is this a bug or are the hours different as well?
