How to recover fish pond?

I had built my fish pond, but realize I have no use for it. So I had it 'destroyed' at the carpenters thinking it will return to my inventory. But it's totally gone now. How do I craft or recreate it in the future if so desired? Not urgent just wondering lol thanks
