I got a bug where I received a silver hoe without having upgraded it, so now I have both a bronze hoe and a silver one. I also have the quality bug net and the improved one, but don't want them to take up storage space.

Just be glad that when you upgrade a tool (except scythe) you have a spare you can use while you wait for it be done

I'd also like a way to sell it, but I guess that would only work if you could buy a new one, in case you accidentally sell all your versions of the tool
