i go to the temple and complete the first shrine, and start doing various tasks around the island. between 9:30 am and 11:00 am no matter what i am doing (planting, running, mining, diving), the game crashes.

processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050Ti laptop GPU
16GB RAM

Oh I would also like to ask whether the crash happens after you complete offerings or does the crash happen right when you are doing random tasks such as planting, running, mining, and diving?

and does the crash only happen on that specific date and time?

Thanks! The crash happens always on spring 11 when I’m doing random tasks after completing the spring shrine. It’s always happened in the morning before 11 AM

Hi again Tina! It seems that there is a compatibility problem with your device's graphics card. you can try updating your graphic card before you run the game.

When you were using dedicated graphics before and the problem occurs now, it's because we need more power with every update. We will have optimization near the full release later, but we can't promise that the minimum requirements will be like the beginning. We are currently running minimum requirement tests, we will announce the results when we have them! 😄
