Hey all! Just curious about something, cause I want to make sure my game isn't running into an issue. But when you speak to an NPC and the little heart next to their portrait is greyed out, does that typically mean it's stagnant and you can't gain any more hearts with them? Because I'm getting that with Scott and he's only got 4 hearts right now. I'm a little afraid he might be bugging out but I'm not sure yet.
