New to the game, am I missing something? bought 2 Coffee for 150 ea, tried to add it in toolbelt and when pressing shortcut for Coffee nothing happens

very odd the Coffee is in our inventory but either if it's in the toolkit, whenever we press LMB or RMB it just picks the coffee from the inventory but not being consumed.. still need help please
