ocean glitch for months?

3-4 months ago i cleared this area every day for aweek and couldnt find this, is this a glitch? are they not supposed to open? have a path blocked due to this and now after 3-4 months and clearing this area, i still cant find the way

Are you in the bronze kelp or silver kelp area?

i even went to clear other areas

i took even the smallest thing

before i told this problem to someone and they said to wait for it to refresh

But if you follow the link Bee posted, you'll have a map of the ocean with landmarks and such included - so if you're not sure, you should be able to visit each of them in turn.

the only area of which bee mentioned is the only one i havent gone to clear more than once most likely

other than that i couldnt go further

its the 10m herding area

okay idk how i got access in other areas BUT

i got a new diving lcoation where you can start from the beginning, opened one, there wasnt too much and theres nothing else i can open the second with

guessing i need to wait for a build up?
