What level in the skills unlocks the aging barrel or has it not been added yet??

Level 8 or 9 farming you get sent one from Jeff. The blueprint unlocks level 10 we think. If you have an old save and are over level 8 and didn’t get it you may have the bug some of us have encounter that the team are investigating right now.
