If the quest doesn’t have wip by it does that mean we can do the quest or are still some of the quest not working??

Main quests (giants and diving) currently ‘end’ with:
- find last giant
- open the gate
I think there’s a new side quest that isn’t working? Something about a salmon for Jim, and one about flowers for Leah?
