Hi sorry if this has been asked I tried to look for an answer but everytime I dive after cleaning up all the trash in an area it respawns is that normal.? How do I get the seaweed to continue to spawn lol

yes it's normal

i think end game will include repairing the recycling center and that will help (this is completely my speculation and could prove wrong)- but trust me, you'll need the trash for scrap as scarp is used in everything
