Are bug/fish varieties seasonal?

Are these catchables dependent on the season as well as locations like in Animal Crossing, or are fish just location-based, and bugs just what you can find everywhere all the time??? 🦋 🎣

Hi Rae, yes the bugs/fish/ocean critters are catchable depending on the seasons and only spawn in a few selected locations during that period.

You can checkout the coral island wiki for more insight on it as weather comes in to play as well for their availability. 🙂
