It says that the summer update is on May 8th. But it's not here yet. Is it coming anytime soon?

Hello YueYing, we will update sometime on May, but we don't have any ETA yet 😮
We fix the countdown on the beta update, but unfortunately it still with the old countdown on the old version.

Hiya, I'm curious when the update will be. Mine says 21 hours till the update however it said that this time yesterday. Is mine broken? 😥

no- they do not have an ETA. the countdown on the main page is just a place holder and shouldn't be relied on. it's kind of a "when it's ready, it'll drop thing". currently beta has some major bugs that need to be fixed before this can go live. Bene let the beta group know earlier that unfortunately, a major person for that is out sick.

our guess is probably late next week at the earliest for this to drop. in the meantime, you can join us in beta with the information from the announcements tab (scroll up just a little bit to find it) or keep going in the live branch until the update is ready 🙂

Also unpopular opinion but kinda glad the update is still a few days +/- a week a away, I have been obsessed with Volcano Princess and want to platinum it before coming back to Coral 0.4 with shiny update excitment!

Excellent! The dedication from the devs is phenomenal! Really wish I had gotten on board at the kickstarter phase but I might have died from excitement waiting for this game. It is everything about Harvest Moon (read: Story of Seasons) that I loved as a child with the maturity of themes and depth of character explored in farm sims (SDV etc.) since, wrapped up in a beautiful, colourful box of love from the makers, testers and fans

Is this summer update going to include the RAM optimization that was mentioned in a blog post at one point or another? I noticed that I haven't been able to play because my RAM is getting maxed out

.3 is the current version that is live in the game- beta information for .4 can be found in #📣announcements

The current version of the game is 0.3 (Spring Content Update). If you're referring to Summer/0.4, then that's Beta. It's not for 'playing the update early', it's for stress testing before it gets pushed to hundreds of other players

They just had a hot fix for beta a couple days ago, so it depends on how that went/if there’s anything else to fix. I’d say probably another week

The Beta for the Spring Update came out on Feb 20th and the update was released 14th March. Summer Beta came out on April 20th.. should be any day now

It took way longer than usual to download for me too. If you validate files it’ll reset the download timer and restart it if it’s stuck.
