Can i bring back dead plants?
How do i move stuff i have placed on my farm?
How/when do we unlock the farm animals? I have been to the ranch and talked to people but dont see it as an option.

dead plants- nope- dead is dead. probably season change

you should have the chicken cow right away but as you level your town rank, you'll get more animals (and more when the summer update drops)- right now you can get cow, sheep, duck, chicken

For the animals how do i get then? Is it at the ranch or somewhere else?

it's the ranch. you'll need a barn for sheep/cow and a coop for chicken/duck. those are built at the carpenter
