lighthouse event and Wataru missing

I got a letter to visit lighthouse on M-T-Tr, sundown. But I visit the lighthouse at that time and day, nothing happens... and seem like WatAru is missing in my island 😭 I was gonna give him bday present but I cannot find him anywhere lol. I guess I need to activate that event, but I cannot seems activate it. Is there any specific time to do it? I thought sundown means after 6?

I guess you should come there around 8pm (on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday), and that letter from Ratih, cmiiw. It’s the black market.
And yes I encountered same problem with wataru, I guess he doesn’t appear on the map and sometimes hard to find him tho, but sometimes I managed to find him around the dock or yes lighthouse obviously

I will try it again, i think its been a week lol. Wataru cannot be find anywhere and it stress me when I want to give him bday present lol. Thank you!

Yes try to go there a bit late at night, because for me there’s always a boat coming up to the dock. I hope you can managed to meet Ratih.
Yes wataru seems bit hard to find for me also, but to find him probably around dock near diving area but mostly he’s outside the lighthouse, I can’t remember if he also hanging out in tavern
