#best way to get the rare gems for the offering?

I want to get the slime replicator and I would love any advice on the best way to get the five precious games for the offering?

everything is in geodes except labradorite, that one is in purple gem nodes only until we get the fire geodes

I clear each floor of all colored rocks. I leave the gray, just because of time/ energy. In 3rd mine I covered just floors 5,15 & 25 and got a total of 32 geodes. Edit-that number was from 2 days in the mine not one. I do have my pick axe upgraded to the max with it being gold, max/rare drops on achievements, and on enhancements. Good luck, mining is fun.
