I saw the wiki said town and the beach but it has not appeared for me so far. Is there somewhere specific I can check every night for it?

I usually find it by the big tree by the lab

they're on the beach (on the sand and front of abandoned villa) and town (the big tree and near teleport area) but some nights they just don't respawn at all
