#Missing pickaxe

Hello! My pickaxe vanished in the update, I went back to an older save but still missing unfortunately, i've played 51 hours and really dont want to restart 😦 is there any ways to spawn in a tool or any way to buy one

It might show up in tool recovery, but otherwise you’ll have to restart.

For tool recovery, go to the blacksmith and see if recover lost tools is an option. Some have said they didn’t get the option until they attempted another upgrade.

I think a simple "fix" for this would be adding the starter tools to the blacksmith to buy in case this ever happens

I would much rather re-upgrade something than start a new save, which is what I have to do now since nothing else worked.

don't know. I haven't touched the game since because I'm in the same boat. Why would I play if I have to keep restarting?

Is there any way to edit a save file or something to fix this? I lost my sickle and my watering can from using the unstuck button, and the option for recovering lost tools isn't there at the smith.

Apparently you shouldn't use the unstuck button, even though they have the button there with no warning in-game that it doesn't work right 😒
