I'm starting a new save, and i just want to know whether the strategies to get to Town Rank C before Winter are still reliable. Like, would I still be able to donate the same amount of stuff to the museum, fix all twenty ocean reefs, etc.

if you prep ahead of time to get the stuff for turtles in spring, it's easy. i hit d by end of spring if not earlier. i'm at 100 items donated, 10 coral, and 2 full altars and about spring 20 i think?
