The wiki says 3 or 4 artisan products and 1 or 2 seeds, yet I have only ever seen 2 or 3 artisan products and 1 bag of seeds. Is this normal? Is there any way to change the amount of items on sale?

It fluctuates between 2-3 and 4-5 for me since I reached rank C.
