#how do you find a lot of mysterious coffer, geodes, fossil nodes?

I try to complete museum donations (I got 240, I wanna get 275 at least) and I find out I've donated most (if not all) I can find from water fossil nodes, coffer, ornate coffer, shimmering coffer, elemental geodes..

all except for mysterious coffer, geodes, and fossil nodes.
and the gems, some are not available in the mysterious geodes, we have to search for gem nodes (which I rarely find them after updates)

how do you grind to get a lot of them??
any tips to find the mysterious ones or tips about enchantment I should have? thank you!

Mysterious coffer is in all depths, so if you have rare drop on the scythe you have a good chance of finding them while diving.

For fossils: did you dig up the beach, area near the lake around the houses, area near the cavern where the maple trees are?

Gems is just mining below floor 25 and hoping for the best, there’s 5 or 6 gems that are node only, rest should be in geodes.

I have rare drop and extra drop enchant on both hoe and pickaxe as well, to increase the chance for drops

Helps a little to put mining skill points into finding more geodes
Diving is probably your best bet for finding coffers but sometimes you can find them clearing the farm too
Only the most basic ones spawn on the farm tho

I’ve occasionally found fossils while diving as well

I get lots of coffers and fossil nodes hoeing around the beach and whole island too.

I dive once a week maybe 2 weeks if I mine a lot instead. Each time I come away with at least 30-40 coffers (various) and over 40 fossils. Digging around town you should be getting over 20 minimum. Focus on rare drop, extra drop, etc and upgrade the enchantment. Gem nodes are super rare even if you stick below floor 25 for mining. Focus on everything else first, leave the gem nodes to the end if you can.

What are you doing to get so many?? Every time I spend a day diving I get like 3 coffers if I’m lucky, and I have all the same skills and enchantments

Just now I spent a day diving and cleared enough to get 250 trash, with 1 ornate coffer, 1 mysterious coffer, and 1 fossil

and that's average result for me

If that 3% rare resources, double artifacts, and 3% rare drops all actually work that seems unbelievably unlucky

On my scythe I have 10% extra drop. Diving I have rare trash, treasure finder active.

Hoe and pickaxe is 10% extra drop, 2% rare drop. For mining I have geode finder active.

Last dive I had over 500 trash, I try to stand to hit as many at once as I can, especially if there are ones that need double hit. I wait at least a week to return to areas I’ve been, I get more drops in silver area overall, but still good amounts in bronze area too

10% extra drop makes 1/10 drops double, right? so no improved chance of finding rare drops with it, just a chance to double it when you do?

I just tested my silver hoe at the beach, and was able to dig up 5 fossils (varying quality) and 7 chests. The drop rate seems higher on the beach then under water for me right now (this may be because I have finished all of the silver and bronze kelp zones).

However, I haven't used my hoe at the beach in a while, so...it may be that if I come back tomorrow, I wouldn't get the same drop rate?
