They are listed on the wiki as ways to earn town points but I can't find any explanation as to what they actually mean there or anywhere else.

I have no idea what either is, I’m guessing something not active. @orchid orchid you ever hear of either of these? Maybe orchestra is that music puzzle thing

For town points: what currently works is activating solar orbs when diving, donating items and fish/bugs to museum, giving goddess offerings at the temple and building friendship with the townspeople.

Thanks! Do you happen to know how much points you get for building friendships? I've been working on that and am getting close to all hearts currently available but I haven't seen an increase in points at the same time yet

It was more apparent at lower levels, but not that many points. I’d say less than what donations are worth.

Museum you can get above rank A, ocean is maxed at halfway through D. I think 19 or 20 is the most offerings you can give, so at least town rank A should be achievable.
