I am wondering what is the best game speed? I have it at 100%, but what happens if I change it to 70% or 50%? Thanks!!

Product speed is based on game time, not real time, so it won’t affect that

I run at 60%. I find it allows me to get a lot done every day but also doesn't make the day drag out too much either.

You can always adjust it - I set it faster like my first week in the game when there wasn't much I could do since nothing was open and no fishing rod/net yet + going through energy faster
50% after, sometimes faster if it's close to 8 pm and I want to bug Ratih, then back down to 50%
but as a general rule, I go for 50-60%.
