Maybe I’m wrong but I thought the aging barrel was supposed to turn my juice into wine? I think mine is saying it would only turn my green tea to kombucha. Is this correct?

sometimes the description of a tool in the game say less than what it can actually do. Better to check from website like Pix suggests

green tea will turn into kombucha because it isn't juice
you need like grape juice or pineapple juice. i think you can even use the vegetable juice for wines

I tried using but it would not take any juices I tried. It would only take green tea

It should take fruit juice, tea, cheese and salted eggs

Mine accepted fruit juices, gesha coffee (from Raj), green tea, pickled veg, cheese/wheels, salted eggs, & the unique alcohols (beer, barely beer, sake)

I’ll try again when I get home and take a screenshot or a video. I tried everything but only think it accepted was green tea and it turned that to kombucha.

Actually it did accept my Apple wine to turn it into Apple wine again but none of the juices i tried.
