Has anyone been able to craft this? What level is it tied to? I don’t have it and most my skills are at 8. Thanks

yes i can craft that but idk exactly how i can unlocked it. in wiki said, you need to reach diving skill level 7 or foraging skill level 6, idk which one (or both)

I’m at 6 diving and 7 foraging. Guess I’ll go diving lol
