When I triggered it (a long time before the last update) I walked into the tavern with farmed flowers and foraged flowers. I think it was sunny too (but I can’t remember). It did take a few attempts. Which is why I can’t remember what day or what the weather was like. Walking into the tavern triggered the scene.
