Ratih’s float marker

Hi everyone. I’m trying to get to Ratih’s float market to get the fermented goats cheese and white truffle oil.

I can find the black markets but can’t find the float market. Apparently it’s opposite the coffee shop tied, third, fri 7:30 - 11:59 on the wiki. But it isn’t showing up for me. Any ideas? TIA!
