I have killed quite a few monster of many different varieties in all sorts of floors and mines. I've seen multiple Bat Wing drops but no Tough Meat...

Yep!! I got it in wind mine (the only one I’ve been in since update)
& All monsters have chance to drop any / all monster drops (including the rarer tough meat & bat wing) in my experience from my testing during beta

Ive noticed that it drops mostly on those skeleton looking monsters with propellers at their backs
