Since the spring update, I don’t have all the skill points I should have. I’m rank 8 in mining for example but only had 4 points to spend. I’ve tried to sleep in game after resetting steam but it didn’t help. Am I missing something?

They changed it so you get one mastery point every two levels - so 4 points is correct
