So, I went to the blacksmith to open some chests and it prompted me with a option to collect lost tools, similar to collecting upgraded tools but it says lost tools instead. I now have an additional axe, pickaxe, hoe and watering can and I can't do anything to them cos they take up space and I can't sell them either. They're also at the same upgraded level of my original tools. Has anyone encountered this?
