how do I get the crash report

Ever since spring update I can’t get into game I see everyone reporting the crashes how do the report I know to report it in the crash feed I just don’t know how to get the report

Did you get an unreal crash log?
Also please include the details which platform did you play and your PC and graphic card specs details.

Sent in a report as well. Is there a particular limit you think that could not run the game?

Im sry I’m on a pc my graphics card is a nvidia geforce gtx 760 and I don’t think I got a unreal report it just goes black and closes

Yep this means your graphic card is not powerfull enough as it's under the minimum recommendation 🙏

I put I way better graphics card in it and I still get same

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GB is my new graphics card which is way more then what is required and I still get the same thing

When you changed graphics cards is coral island now recognizing & using that graphics card when playing? Could be a few other set up / connection steps needed maybe I read from someone else

Yea went through those steps It is a gaming pc so that is the only graphic card in my pc

Unless I am doing something wrong which is possible but I play a lot fps and other bigger games and have no issue

Possibly it’s the 4GB part? I remember reading coral needs 8GB but I don’t remember what that number was in reference to.. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I of course could be wrong & we are waiting for new spec info to be posted as soon as they have it figured out
