Can someone please explain the difference between seed and plant upgrades at the lab. I’ve been reading ppl say that plant refers to fruit trees, but fruit tree is also an upgradable item. So now I’m just confused 🙈

There are no fruit trees in game at this point. There are crops, which are the seeds you get. There are fruit plants, which you buy as seedlings in a white planter. Fruit trees are in burlap, according to the icons we’ve seen, but again, not currently implemented/available.

Oh one more question. Once you upgrade the seeds, does that effect crops that are already planted? Or just crops planted after the upgrade?
