Hello. Just wondering when multiplayer is gonna get released. I bought 4 copies of the game early access but I haven’t been playing it because we’re waiting for the multiplayer release. Any update on that?

Multiplayer should be in the final update right before the official release so its a bit far down the line. There is also a road map with projected updates but no specific dates!

The way development moves with games, it'll likely be 2024 before it's fully released. Maybe winter 2023 if developer's want to push it out faster - and I doubt they will want to. If you look at the road map, they have Winter (2023) followed by endgame content, marriage & children update then the release. Spring 2024 would be my best guess, likely around when the game "Palia" is released which is similar to Coral Island, also multi-player, & open-world but it's been in development for 4 years now and not much has been spilled since game testers signed an NDA- but looks like it will be Coral Island's competition.
