Cannot seem to pick up empty chest inside my house?

Has anyone experienced this? I cannot pick it up even though it is empty.

Have you tried to interact with the chest via ‘decor’ mode?
(Using ‘p’ on keyboard or I think ‘x’ on controller)

I moved them when they were full. Omg! I never checked to see if they’re still full 😟😬
