is there a way to tranfser data through platforms?

Im guessing this will be a no but its nice to ask to be sure anyway.
Im playing on xbox now on my pc is there anyway to transfer my data from xbox to steam. im looking at going through kickstarter and getting the mythical pet but im not sure if i want to lose all the progress i currently have. and i dont think theres a way to get a mythical pet through the xbox version.
