Ahh just the title; I'm watering them as they grow but wondered if i had to worry about it after.
On that note, do they also die at the end of a season? or do they 'die' and rejuvenate in season like real trees?

The fruit plants must be watered daily if you want to harvest fruit from them (although hopefully that can change in future to only need water when growing ..)
Once their growing seasons are over (each fruit plant has 2 seasons) they will wither & should be removed
Once the fruit trees are in game (apple, lemon, pear, etc) they won’t need any watering iirc
