I'm not sure if this question has been addressed, but I'm a little confused on the timeline. Will the dating/hangouts be available in November, as well as marriage? Or will marriage be available first (in Nov), and dating/hangouts will be released in 2024?

Seems like marriage before dating would be a bit strange, but I'm certainly not going to turn my nose up at it if this is the case!

The word ‘dating’ was likely included in its line on the roadmap bc if you are in a relationship with the NPC, then the game calls it a ‘date’, but at its core it will be the ‘hangout’ mechanic

The guess (& this is based on bc I know I specifically requested this feature in feedback) is that the hangout mechanic will follow similar style to that which exists in the my time game series (my time at Portia & my time at sand rock)
Wherein, you get to set a hangout day & time with NPCs, during which you can partake in special mini games &/or events, these can potentially also be a way to further increase heart levels with them, & may even have special dialogue (but again, this is pure speculation as to the details)

I wonder if the NPCs can initiate dates/marriage proposals/etc, or if that is left exclusively to the player? I also wonder at what heart level you can begin dating. I'm thinking it may go along the lines of: dating - 4 hearts, engaged - 8 hearts, marriage - 9 hearts, children - 10 hearts. It's just a guess, but either way, this is going to be a fun adventure!
