That heart event cutscene is active rn, the timing just has to be very exactly right on time that you are in location

So I was wondering about this event and it occurs when you start to romance Suki, because I've gone the game through 3 years romancing others and this event never popped up.
Anywho, once you make sure that it's the NEXT day at 6 or 18:00, I went into the hotel and ended up in a different cut scene that I think was just coincidence, then I ran down to the west side beach at 18:10 and it prompted the event. It's a small welcoming scene between you, Suki, and another person. You're not missing a whole lot from it in my opinion.

I thought it was really cute but yeah it's a heart event for Suki and a nice litte moment.

Having this same issue. I went into the hotel, as @warped lake suggested, and it triggered an event with Eva. I went back out (now 18:40) and still no Suki cutscene.

That's odd. I think what triggers the beach event is loading into the outside world at 18:00 or 18:10 then heading to the spot. If you were outside already and it got to 18:30 or 40 then you went in and came out, it might have been too late.
||All that happens is Suki and the van guy who sells you stuff welcome you to the town, then things go back to normal.
