Not sure if it was removed, like Sprinkler II. The wiki doesn't mention it being gone.

With the last update they capped skills to level 5. We lost access to sprinkler II, esplosives more than I, and other things. We'll get them back eventually.

Thanks! I thought this might be the case, just couldn't confirm it. All of the threads I found on discord talked about making the explosives.
