I cleared this area and found the orb but curfew got me when I was about to pick it up. I couldn't activate it and it hasn't respawned ever since. I tried resetting the anchor and leaving it for a few days but I really can't find it. Is this a bug?

Afaik it's a bug and it appears again after waiting for trash to spawn there and clearing it again as I've read. I would clear the seaweed in the area though, so the trash can spawn

Just cleared out all the available trash and still nothing. Did the seaweed clearing help?

Is this in the area with a seal at the entrance? I have one unactivated healing site because I cannot find the orb anywhere. I have assumed it's a bug or it's just not possible to activate all of them at this stage, but I don't know for sure.

I did the same thing for me and I cleared the seaweed and I found it.
But I think the one you’re specifically talking about is in the trash that’s in the area on the left. It should be under the trash there
