Hi, I was told that for Display if I wanted to access my desktop or other things outside the game, I'd need to set it to Windowed. Well, I am still not able to do that. The mouse doesn't appear at all outside the game. I don't know if this is a bug or if the game doesn't actually allow this. Am I still doing something wrong?

Does the mouse remain invisible even after alt + tab?

I'm on a pc and i usually just press the start button and then I'm able to click around
