Is anyone having trouble unlocking the hot spring fast travel? I donated more than 10 items at the alter and I still can't use it.

It’s completing 10 bundles / offering pages that unlocks it
So you’ll need all 6 sections from first altar completed & then 4 from the 2nd altar as well
