I have unlocked the greenhouse and added the sprinklers and crops there. However the next day I noticed that the crops haven't been watered. Is this a bug or is there something I could do to fix it?

Sprinklers water first thing in the morning, so they won't activate on the day you put them in - you'd still need to manually water on that day. Look on the next day and you'll see they've watered.

i think that's just how it looks! i planted trees and have to manually water the other side of them. before ihad them it tripped me out (if not it's a bug)
