I am already half into the summer and my quest Into the ocean is not progressing pass visit Ling at the diving pier. I have been diving and cleaning the ocean but I can't pass this step. Do you guys know what I should do?

I'd report in #🐛coral-bugs-reports - i've seen others say a similar thing where they didn't go to the pier the day the quest came in & then the Ling part never triggered or went away - so something devs need to know is bugged so they can fix
