Started my game and got to enjoy the Spring Cherry blossom festival. Now year one has almost passed, gonna be spring again - and NPC's have talked about other festivals, they show on the calendar, but when I go to the festival area there seems to be no events. Is this a bug, or are those other festivals not available yet? NPC have mentioned beach cleanup, mooncake, and harvest festival that did not occur when I went to the perspective locations

Devs noted they removed all the festivals (& any letters notifying you of them) that weren’t functional yet - but dialogue from NPCs was left in
The festivals will be fully implemented during their respective content updates in future
So in game currently 1 ‘active’ festival per season, which you’ll get a letter in mail to notify about & day of you will see the festival marker (which should include time frame for festival) on your map
