Hello, I've had this issue since the game came out. I make my character and as soon as I start the game, it goes back to default look. It is really annoying to me and the devs still didn't fix it after months. I tried to get my money back but i couldn't so I figured that I might as well ask someone if you've had this issue and how to fix it

If you are on the official, what is the actual version of your game ? It is on the main screen before loading
