Skillet unavailable?

I just did the update that fixes the socket and pan bug but I still can't get the skillet? Is this normal?

You can only get one utensil a week and it's randomly selected from the list of utensils you don't have, so you might just have to wait for the catalogue to change

I tot we can get any appliances we wanted but only 1 will be sold at a discount each week. Did they change it again?
