The rove beetle still not found. Is that tiny path by Yuri’s house the only place they spawn? I’ve literally never seen it a single time and have waited by there from 18:00- 23:50! Please help if anyone has suggestions!

Thankfully they can spawn fall or winter but it has to be rain/snow
I’ve seen them spawn at the vineyard & the paths/near the inn & Millie/yuris house where you’ve been checking
The rarity of bugs is better programmed now from my experience so the rare bugs are indeed more rare but I’ve still found them in their correct spawn locations /conditions 🙂

They’re so rare they’re not even spawning for me. Thank you for your help! It’s the last item i need for 2 nd alter and i’ve been going CRAZY trying to find one let alone catch it when i do. 🤦🏻♀️
It also has to be nighttime, correct?!

correct! it is a night only spawn, I wish you luck!!! 
oh a strategy I did when bug catching/hunting a specific - I like to catch all the bugs in the spawn location ~ 4 or 5 hours before its spawn time
so if i was hunting rove beetle I'd run the areas it spawns at 15;00-16;00
then come back through at its spawn time for it
