#Do you need to water fruit trees once they are mature?

Just had my first fruit tree mature in the beta. Do I need to keep watering it to get more, or now that it's mature does it just produce on its own.

Fruit TREES are not in the game yet, not even in beta.
Fruit PLANTS that we have now - yes, if you want the to give fruit you have to water them daily (even though wiki says otherwise).
